Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate(SDIC or NaDCC) is a sodium salt derived from chlorinated hydroxy triazine. It's used as a free source of chlorine in the form of hypochlorous acid commonly used to disinfect water. NaDCC has strong oxidizability and strong bactericidal effect on various pathogenic microorganisms, such as viruses, bacterial spores, fungi, etc. it is a widely used and efficient bactericide.

As a stable source of Chlorine, NaDCC is used in the disinfection of swimming pools and the sterilization of food. It has been used topurify drinking waterin cases of emergencies, thanks to its steady supply of chlorine.

Storage

Ventilate enclosed areas. Keep only in the original container. Keep the container closed. Separate from acids, alkalis, reducing agents, combustibles, ammonia/ ammonium/ amine, and other nitrogen-containing compounds. See NFPA 400 Hazardous Materials Code for further information. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. If a product becomes contaminated or decomposes do not reseal the container. If possible isolate the container in an open-air or well-ventilated area.

Application

This is a kind of disinfectant, mainly used in swimming pool water treatment and sterilizing drinking water, tableware and air, fight against infectious diseases as routine disinfection, preventive disinfection and environmental sterization in different places,. It also can be used in raising silkworm, livestock, poultry and fish, bleaching the textile, preventing wool from shrinkage, cleaning the industrial circulating water. The product has high efficiency and constant performance and has no harm to human beings. It enjoys good reputation both at home and abroad.
